Continuing the Pattern
For Christ did not enter a man‐made sanctuary that was only a copy of the true one;
he entered heaven itself,
now to appear for us in God’s presence.

We thought it was a good idea. The children were old enough. Besides, to be honest, we were getting tired of having to help them find their place every time we sat down to open God’s Word. Surely they could undertake the task of memorizing the books of the Bible. Curt confirmed the goal, and Sandra started to think about the process needed to meet it.
Sometimes discipling our children begins with discipling ourselves.
